We had a auto body emergency yesterday while on the start of our vacation and already 100s of miles from home and our stop for the nigth. Basically the back rear panel, damaged by a previous accident, decided to peel back at 70 mph. The guys at Basin Collision were so kind and checked it out, put on some zip ties, and talked us through how to tape it up with Gorilla Tape. They saved our vacation and refused to take any payment. Thank you Basin Collision in Winnemucca! You are the best!

Great customer service. They worked well with my insurance and got repairs done as quickly as possible. No delay ordering parts. I had some issues and They were very helpful and made it as easy to get the extra repairs done.
Went to great basin collision and the guy up front clipped the bumber back on and didn't want to charge me anything. he then offered to buff the right headlight out for 50 bucks. I payed him 260 just for being so exceptionally priced. Would highly recommend great basin collision.
