We purchased the property a few years back and this title company was who did that closing. It should of been smooth sailing! The closer was not professional and changing things at the last minute and still waiting on recorded documents that should of been returned to us. Do not recommend.

The lady if that's what you want to call her ? Needs to put down her dog , quit lying and do her job ! Telling me that the taxes were not pro rated is a lie and all she had to do was give me a copy of what was lost and that would have been it ? Save yourself some problems and use someone else that runs a legit dog free jumping all over you business ! Some people are allergic !
