This is the worst customer service I have received anywhere! I called to ask a question and the lady up front rudely said "I'm not understanding what you're asking"! So I decided to come in and talk in person and of course both the lady and the guy that work there were beyond rude! I don't even know how yall are still in business! Everything is overpriced with horrible customer service! Safe to say we won't be coming back!
Support local business. Ben and Shonda do so much for the local youth sports in this area. The staff is very knowledgeable and their uniform orders are always ready and accurate in a timely manner. I recommend this business to everyone regularly for all their youth baseball needs.
I know it might not hurt your business much but your company will take a hit. Your lack of customer service your disrespectful attitude towards women leading a community league will not take you much further in the way you run your business Ben if maybe you had man'd up a little your business wouldn't take any hits if you were an honest business
