Liked the personality of the dentist, but the work done was shoddy. Most all done is having to be replaced within 3 years...crowns, bridges, filling, all pressured to do to "join" program after Groupon. Wish we had gotten 2 ND opinion and saved money and pain.
I really wanted to like it here and initially did, as Dr. Jones is very personable. I came in as a college student because there was a new patient deal online and my funds were tight. After never having a cavity, I was told I had 2 and would need fillings, which I had done by Dr. Jones. After moving to a new city, I was told by multiple dentists that the workmanship on these fillings was poor and that 4 teeth had been damaged in the process. When I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. My first visit with Dr. Jones was AMAZING!! She took my fear of going to the dentist away. Because of Great American Smiles, I am now on my journey to getting my smile and my health back.
