RecommendedI've been doing business here for the last two years and I'm happy with the service I've received. I believe he cares about helping people solve their mobility needs.
Very POOR service. Sold my mother a scooter, up-sold her on a front light for 100 dollars (which she can not really afford). The light fell off when she got it home. Kevin does not answer the phone or return messages. She went to the location (he lives there) and he refused to come out. She sat in his parking lot for about an hour and he had someone come out and they said they would reorder the part and reinstall it but they never did. Still can not get through to Kevin. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT LET YOUR ELDER FAMILY GO ALONE!

my disabled father has been waiting almost 6 months for a cushion he paid a grand for... BBB needs to be contacted as well as justice of the peace and file on him...ridiculous...
Most enjoyable time I've had buying anything. Kevin is awesome to talk to and very knowledgeable about his products and services. Answered all my questions and gave very helpful insights into how to care for my wife's scooter. We got a really good deal on a upgrade for her. She bought her first one from him a few years ago. He's always took great care of fixing issues on it for her, as she uses it for terrain it wasn't designed for. The one we upgraded to today should be a lot better suited to her needs.
