Their equipment is substandard. We have oil puddles every time they pick up our trash. They told me their hydraulics are bad. Tried pressure washing the stains (see pictures) but are all still there. Looking to go with WM in little suamico area. Letting my neighbors know too.

I literally just watched one of the guys wave off the last bag at the bottom of my only trash can and this isn't the first time. It would also be wonderful if they could swing the lid closed on rainy and snowy days. It's a small courtesy I got in a big city but haven't seen here.

Driver's aren't trained,very unprofessional staff
I would just like to say thank you to the driver that picks up at Tiny Town Childcare Center in Green Bay. Our son is obsessed with trucks and gets super excited every time the truck is there. We always stand and wave. The driver always waves back and sometimes will do a quick honk. It means the world to him. Thank you!!
Called yesterday for the biggest dumpster they have and it was delivered by 6:30 this morning! Fabulous company with great employees!!!
