I regret to share a disappointing experience with this dentist, despite knowing her personally and recognizing her competence. Insurance fraud - I already filed a report! This clinic billed my insurance for full-mouth x-ray but only taken 4 corners of my mouth. 4 corners of X-rays are barely sufficient for comprehensive oral exam! Now that I actually needed a full-mouth x-ray, my insurance would not pay for it and I have to pay out of pocket!! Should have checked the reviews before coming in! Any general dental clinic that has lower than 4 star is a major red flag! And this one has a one star…

This practice submitted my insurance request for a root canal. The request expired and they stated they called me over and over and I did not answer. When I told them I received no communication they said something along the lines of "We are a professional dental office we don't make mistakes"...this is not proof of anything, and no one is infallible. I was charged $100 for a "co-pay" for a crown, but my insurance company tells me and told the dentist office that there is no co-pay for a crown under my plan. The dentist refuses to refund my $100. Very poor customer service.
