The Manager there is the very very best person. She has 10+ customer service skills. She takes the time in helping you with ideas choosing the cookies/cookie cake. She never ever rushes you on what to chose. The CEO needs to really reach out to her and give a big money bonus.
Cookies are fresh and good. SABRINA WAS VERY NICE AND HAS A LOVELY SMILE.
Rude! No welcome and ignores customers. Never got to order and walked out. A simple I’ll be right with you goes along way, will look you dead in your eyes and move on to the next person.
