Excellent cookies! – I have always had a great experience with the Great American Cookie co...love, love, love their double doozies! Their Cookie Cakes are always a hit as well when I get them for my friends birthdays! The last cookie cake I purchased for my niece, I took her with me to pick it up and the staff sang "Happy Birthday" to her...it was AWESOME! She felt so special, what great customer service!
Best Cookies on Earth – I used to go here as a kid with my mother and now I take my kids there every time I am in the mall. We all love the cookies and now they have a new self serve TCBY attached to the store. The staff is great and they provide terrific service. My kids beg me to go shopping with me just because they know they will get a cookie.
MANAGER TALKS ABOUT DRUGS IN FRONT OF KIDS – This location used to be a good place and I did not have many problems. Around Christmas time I took my 8 yr old son and my 10 yr old niece to get some cookie cakes for our party. The Manager, a fat loud mouthed lady named Trish, was standing to the side talking to 2 employees. They were discussing how the manager needed some marijuana (she said weed) and XTC tabs so she could party on New Years.
