Absolutely terrible service! We were there purchasing cookies and were told we can’t use gift certificates to purchase anything on special, i.e. buy 3 get 1 free. We paid full price for everything with our gift certificates, left and went home to discover we weren’t given everything. I called, they were not polite at all, and was given up to a week to return to get my gift certificate or credit for the missing items. I’ve never encountered a store that gift cards/certificates can not be used with store specials.
RecommendedToday i was in and i had amazing customer service. Normally when i come in, service is not good. Either they are in back right behind the doors, on there phone up front, talking to there friends, or they just have a very bad and snouty attitude. I like coming in i love the cookies, but i feel most days customers arent a priority but today i did feel that way.
Love the designs for Birthday’s, holidays, and special occasions. They do a great job on short notice.
The cookies are Amazing! We love the Cookie Cakes and Double Doozies!
My daughter worked for this company for a short time. Her grandmother was fighting stage 4 breast cancer so she needed time off so she could see her before she passed and the manager talked trash about my daughter and her grandmother. I wouldn’t and won’t spend a penny of my money for such a trashy place. Oh and they cut her pay without notice. This place is TRASH!!!
So good! Have not been disappointed ordering for birthdays.
Love the cookies, hate that you advertise the app. If you advertise the app then accept the apps coupons. There’s no point in advertising the app if you’re only going to accept coupons if they’re printed off. The sign in your store says I can download the app and get $3 off by showing the coupon on my app.
