went in the store ordered my cookies, the very rude decorator said it was against policy to do a slice all chocolate which is bs I get one every week and when I said this she got really nasty snatched a slice of and proceed to just put chocolate icing over the yellow icing and I still tried to thank her for her trouble she flat out ignored me and rolled her eyes then walked off I asked the fella at the register for her name and he said he didn't know it and then I asked for the manager name he said there ain't one... I have never been so disappointed in service. I ordered my cookies a week prior and still had to wait 30 min for them to be done and they 1 of them look like complete crap.
Tried to charge me twice and the cake looks awful. Gotta love when employees talk about you right in front of you.
