drove all the way from kannapolis and got there at 6:44 and they said they were closed
This is the worst customer experience I ever had. I came to this store located in northlake at 5:25 pm and Ice creams containers were still out. This lady saw me and closed the ice cream and told me they were not selling them. The workers on the back were laughing about it. I don’t know who hired people don’t want to work or make money for the businesses. I wanted to buy 6 big ice creams. TERRIBLE!
I went by a week ago 3 minutes before they closed yet the young lady was helpful and kind. Ice cream was not available since they were closing but the cookies were great.
