I purchased a cookie cake from there yesterday and it looked terrible. Not spelling correctly and you could barely spell out the word Congratulations because they wrote it big and then had to smush it on there to make it fit. Was very disappointed. When you pay $30 for a cake you expect it to look nice. I've given a lot of buisness over the years and very disappointed with the way this place is being run and the product they are selling.

I wanted something special for my daughters 21st Birthday and this is what I got I’m so disappointed oh and it’s suppose to be a wine glass UPDATE THEY GAVE ME A REFUND TODAY!!! But wasn’t happy about it she never said sorry!! The Cookie price was $30.99 + Taxes when I went and got my refund she gave me $30.99 but least I got that they can keep the taxes maybe I should have charged them gas money for going out there 3 times
My kids chose a cut out cookie. The cutouts had the buy 5 get 1 free sign on them. The worker even asked if I wanted to do the buy 5 get 1 after they chose cut outa. It wasn't until she rang me up for a much higher amount that she decided to tell me that the cut outs weren't on it. It would have been different if she hadnt asked or asked before but to ask after and not tell me it was higher feels really under handed. We will not come back to this store.

I ordered a cookie cake online for my wife’s birthday a week in advance. I got to the store and it was chocolate chip dough instead of cookie batter. I explained to them I ordered cookie batter and not chocolate chip. They said it would be another hour to make another one, then said it would be 30 minutes to make it. I said that was fine. On the online order I wanted vanilla base frosting and no chocolate, as my wife does not like chocolate.
