It's my go to car wash everytime.
First and last time I will ever use this automated car wash. Was in a hurry and opted to use the automated "touchless" car wash versus hand washing myself. I have scratches on the hood, and damage to both sides of my bumper.
Very disappointed. I am someone who refuses to take my car to a normal drive thru car wash because I am 1) particular about my car 2) want it to be washed a certain way and 3) to avoid any scratches. Well, that did not happen. The brush that I used AFTER washing it out left lots of scrapes on the top of my hood. Can we normalize maybe taking care of the things people use daily at YOUR car wash, this is insane.
Zero instructions for running equipment. Nozzle on vacuum was not attached and I spent half my time trying to keep it from grabbing my hair. Would never come back.
