Customer sucks. Elmwood Park and South Loop location are so much better
So gooddddddd!!! Steamy fresh thick egg gooey cheese yum sausage creamy savory soft tasty bread all the things! and I love that the bagels are cut in calf
Expensive and not that good
employees are extremely disrespectful and rude. they can barely handle a simple question about an item without getting their panties in a wad. would not recommend. lady working the front with a tattoo on her neck appeared miserable and was straight up rude. i am really curious to where the owner was and if this well ever be corrected. definitely never coming back when i can get the same quality of a bagel sandwich from dunkin’ donuts right next door.
The workers were actually so rude. I’m from out of state so I stopped there with my friends and simply asked if I could add egg to my bagel because it did not state it on the menu. She was so insanely rude and had the worst attitude ever and had to walk away from the cash register and have someone take over. 5 minutes go by and a door dasher walks in and they yelled at him just for simply asking for an order. The one poor worker started crying and had to go to the back. Overall would never go back.
