A terrible company for sure. I lost my Thoroughbred to a vet reported case of colic. Because I was unable to follow their claim instructions to a T during a traumatic rxperience with debilitating grief, my claim was denied. I insured my horse in the event he died...he did die., There are always extenuating curcmstances to any life matter but they didn't care. Vet report didn't matter to them at all. Do NOT trust ********* with your items. Do NOT trust this insurance company they have contracted out. This Is Absolutely The Worst Of The Worst Insurance Company.. My Vehicle was In the shop for 4 weeks. I had the rental for more then 10 days my rental **** was $1,800 and this company send me a check for $200. For a Reimbursement for car rental.. My Car Had Multiple Damage front end and rear. They wouldnt cover my front end parts for my front suspension when the body shop submit the damage on the claim. I do not recommend Great American Insurance Group to anyone as I can give their claim processing rate 0/10. Their insured ***** Auto Transport, Inc. had transferred my car from Louisiana to Californian and during transportation, my car was physically and mechanically damaged. This company should be put out of business. They the worse. My car got last year. Still not fixed. Now they don't want to cover all my damages. Its an insurance company that I reported them in too. That made them finally get it in to a shop. Need to be a class action lawsuit against them
I have paid my premiums to this company.I was involved in an auto accident on Nov 2, 2021 and today is Jan.10 2022 and I have not gotten my car back and no monies have been paid to have my car repaired. I have yet to get a return call and no one answers the phone.Please help!
My review of this company is, they do not be truthful to the contract agreement. I was told by a representative for the company that on my Term Life Insurance Policy at 70 year of age, if we have not use the policy that we will received the money that was paid in during the period of the policy once it reached its term limit. **************** reps are rude, incompetent and lie. They refuse to give their name or employee ID for reporting purposes as there legally supposed to when asked. To add when asked any prevalent Information they claim to be transferring your call but hang up on you to avoid leaking there scandal.
