I have been dealing with Great American Insurance for several years on a claim, and it has still not been resolved. When you pay for insurance, you expect coverage when you truly need it. The Texas freeze in 2021 was devastating, causing burst pipes and severe damage to many homes, including mine. Instead of helping, this company has delayed and made the process extremely difficult. I have already provided my claim information multiple times over the years and nothing has been resolved. My concern is not about sending my details again, but about the lack of action and accountability from Great American Insurance and the agency (***** *******). After several years, my claim remains unresolved, while premiums were collected on time without issue.
Highly reconsider using this company. I have over 167 emails of conversation and it would blow your mind how unfair, and deceitful this business is. This company seems to be in the business of collecting premiums and not paying out claims. My claim was investigated by the police, people were found gulity and prosecuted yet Great American Insurance Company will not pay the claim. What a joke. I had broken my tooth in three places causing bone loss from an order of chicken wings that I had attempted to eat at ************* in ******, **. The chicken wing had something round and metal that shouldn't have been in the meat. I contacted Domino's and they told me "We don't offer refunds. They didn't have time to continue talking to me and I need to contact their headquarters." I then contacted my dentist and scheduled a next day morning urgent visit. If you are trucking company, try to avoid brokers insured with them. They will come up with any excuse not to pay the claim. They refuse to pay $5200 claim on brokers bond insurance. Dont work with them ! I hope karma will catch up with them.
Was hit by another car ruled there fought Great American Insurance refusing to fix my vehicle and it would cost maybe 3,000 to fix my vehicle this company is the worst stay away
