Wow these really went above and beyond. You know its so hard to please everyone, we had called several Ac Companies in town, we had one from Sa TX come in and ither prices were crazy or people did not know or new the problem but wanted to up sell services and go around the issue. So we got upset called and got some estimates and these guys gave us the break down why and step by step and used them and wow fix issue and paid less. Thank you Marcus Flores.
Had a leak with one of our AC units. Marcus was very responsive and sent out 2 worker. Repair was done quick and easy. Later that night we noticed more water leaking on floor, called and next day, 2 workers came out and identified a new issue. They were very responsive and completed the repair. Want to say we appreciate there detail inspection of the unit, where they found a hide issue and fix it quickly. Not many companies take the time to listen to their customer and what they are seeing. Frank Barrera, came out to do some warranty work. Frank was very kind and courteous, he also was very knowledgeable on HVAC. If you need any service or repair I would highly recommend Frank with Great Air.
