Great Air does not communicate with customers. I have had Great Air out three times over the last 3 years. The first time was first class service. The second time I had to call multiple times to get them to return after the initial visit. I was told the office manager was out and that led to the delay. This last visit, I asked the technician to have the office call me because he said I needed to replace the coil, which had been replaced by Great Air 20 months earlier. I’m shocked about the rating of this company! I had to get my coil replaced .. I was quoted almost 2k at another local HVAC repair place. I called my home contractor in hopes to get a deal. He sent me to this place . Robert the HVAC tech was very friendly and did the job great! Amazing prices! Answered all my questions and concerns ! This will be my new go to HVAC repair place.

Great service every time I need them! Especially the technician, Frank Barrera. He taught me and my partner a lot about the system and gave us some quick troubleshooting tips. Thanks man!
