We called our builder due to a fan in the guest bathroom going out and what appeared to be water coming in from that area. Great air called us the next day after we spoke with our builder and had someone out within 2 days! Francisco not only fixed the shorted fan by replacing the motor, but he also installed an additional piece on our roof to help mitigate some of the wind coming in and lifting the cover over the vent, which was contributing to the moisture.
