Frank has serviced our AC unit for the last 5 yrs. He comes every spring & fall to check everything is working great! Very professional & efficient! Office staff friendly & efficient as well. Highly recommend Great Air.
Frank from Great Air did an amazing job. Communication was on point from start to finish — they keep you updated when they’re heading out so you know exactly when to expect them. Frank was extremely thorough, very kind, and clearly great at what he does. It’s hard to find service like this these days. Give this man a raise!
Tech showed up same day as call, and had everything up and running.
Frank Barrera came by to do maintenance on our unit and when I say he was the best, I mean he was THE best. He listened to my concerns and checked everything out. Once he was done, he explained how everything was working and gave some thorough recommendations on how to keep our unit in top shape. I extremely appreciated that! I give him a 20/10!
