Update : since the response from the business owner isn't fair, dropping the rating to one star. Reason: it's the business owner who ordered the wrong part last year. Moreover it was an inferior overpriced after market part. To be exact it was a right stabilizer bar link instead of left. He then suggested I drive without a link (!) till he gets the right part. I declined, asked to put the old link back in place and ordered an OEM part from the dealer for 50% less than the wrong after market part ordered by the business owner... read more
previously would have been 4-5 stars. so giving two stars for the previous service that was decent at fair price last year. as this year it would be zero stars. I called recently to book an appointment. The price quote was a 100% higher for an identical service comparing to last year's. I asked why and if it can be matched, got an outright decline to service. Completely unexpected. Even when I agreed to pay the asked price, was still declined with the explanation "because I can".
