Very poor experience with this mechanic. He ‘fixed’ my car, but the same problem came back within days. On the second visit, he overtightened a part, causing further issues. He eventually replaced the faulty part, which should have been done correctly the first time. Right after that, my AC stopped working. He denied touching it and refused to inspect or repair it when I asked. More problems have appeared since. I cannot recommend this shop due to poor workmanship and lack of accountability.
Grease Monkey remains the best mechanic workshop I have seen in Cambridge. He goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction with deep troubleshooting techniques.
Amazing mechanic! I've been going to this shop for a few years and have always received kindness, detailed explanations of any of my vehicle's problems, and very reasonable prices. Damir always goes out of his way to help you. One very cold winter day I was planning to walk over to pick up my car, but Damir picked me up instead so I didn't have to walk in the cold.
