He was honest, fair and never tried to force me into purchasing parts that I didn't need to get my garage working correctly. He even went a step above his job function. He took a look at my other garage door and noticed that it closing heavily, he made the adjustments to the settings without me ever asking him. Amazing customer service. I appreciate it.
