My 2014 two four Passion was their first SMART Car oil change. We had to discover how to access the engine together to fill the oil, and they were a bit nervous by the narrow wheelbase which spanned the pit, but not with much forgiveness. The had the correct oil filter, where Valvoline told me they did not have, and could not GET the correct filter. They handled the task professionally and quickly. I gave them a $20 tip for their next pizza party.
