I went to get my car inspected and to pay my property taxes. My car is barely one year old, and they failed the inspection because of my windshield wipers, which are completely new. They claimed they were defective and said I needed to replace them, and the service would cost $80. They charged me for the inspection and failed it because they were trying to scam me.
