Detail Oriented Team. They did not try to sell me anything I knew I had recently replaced.(which is the reason I left Kwik Kar after 10 years and 4 cars of service). Devantae (GM) was very professional and worked closely with a new service tech. And they offered an $10 coupon. All around good experience. I will continue to bring my vehicles there as long as that consistency stays in place.
I needed an oil change. They also checked my fluids and filters. I expected a sales pitch for some of those items, but they said everything was fine. Contrast this to a full service place I visited 12 months ago that said my cabin filter was very dirty and they wanted over $100 to replace it. Grease Monkey said I didn't need one, but if I want to proactively replace it the cost would be $30.
Always a good experience here; reasonable costs and work done in a short amount of time, and I’m always treated with respect and quality customer service and care. It’s become my go-to car mechanic place very quickly because they simply check all the boxes for me!
This was my second visit and both were disappointing. On my first visit they did not know how to get to my oil filter. Took them over an hour. Gave them a second chance, and they recommended a cabin filter replacement. I said that was fine. However, despite them asking me, they didn’t have the part. They had to go buy it somewhere. They never told me. Took 90 minutes. Nice people but they are over their head. I won’t go back.
Update in 2025...Under new management. Erik sold the place. Won't be back. Update in 2024....Absolutely the BEST service!!! My new GO TO place for all 4 of our vehicles!! I am truly impressed!! This brings back memories of the good ole' days 💗 Just wow!!! Update to 2023.... Erik never fails to impress me! He has gone above and beyond in his assistance to fix my vehicle!! Thank you so very much for your patience and persistence!!
