I took my car in and they took it in right away. After waiting I asked what was taking so long and I was informed they were out of oil!! What??!! They were waiting on a shipment. The employee got in his car and went to the nearest auto parts store to buy the oil. It wasn’t the workers fault. How can this happen?

I would give no stars but you have to give something to write the reveiw. I watched the tech take my air filter out and it was fine and he walked down the stairs to get a new one and smeared grease all over my current filter ( had my mechanic check it, no way all that grease can just get in there, it's a air filter) Then asked about a tire rotation they said it was $19.99, I told them to do it and they came back and said it wouldn't help my tires.
