I was in and out , very patient & helpful!
Came in for a battery replacement. Due to some excessive corrosion, it was a harder job than normal. Evan and his team went out of their way to get a new battery in and let me know what additional components I would need to properly address the corrosion. After I got those parts, I brought it back to Evan and he helped ensure it was installed correctly. Really great people and great service!
I took my CRV in for an LOF and when they were done I asked if they added wiper fluid because if was out, he said yes. I also asked if anything else was low ans the clerk looked at me and said we didn't check any of your fluids just the oil. He then just went along with business like it's no big deal. I will never go back to this Grease Monkey again. they have no idea what they are doing. They also sprayed the drivers side of an SUV next to my car with a bunch of oil.
