Having to waite over 30 min for oil change, while there are workers standing around, vaping in the shop, on their phones...
I recently had an oil change here, and after about a day and a half of driving (including highway speeds), I realized my hood hadn’t been fully latched. That’s a serious safety issue that could have ended badly. I called to let them know, and the response was pretty dismissive—no one asked for my name, vehicle, or even seemed concerned. Mistakes can happen, but something like this should be taken seriously, both for safety and customer trust. I’d recommend double-checking your vehicle before leaving.

They tried to push a handful of things my vehicle didnt need. Then charged $1 to top off my washer fluid , that I had filled to the top the day before. Then they snuck in a $20,"high mileage" additive to my oil change, on a truck with 28,500 miles. I wouldnt recommend and wont be back.
