I spoke to Hailey on the phone a couple of times before bringing my car in for a coolant flush in November. She was very helpful, polite and professional. I live about 20 minutes away so that initial contact put me at ease about giving them a try. The day I took my car in she was just as helpful and professional about getting me taken care of.
