Customer service awful . Wait time awful . Not customer friendly or professional . Not qualified techs , could not install wiper blades on new car . Quoted one price then tried to run my card for double the amount , thank goodness it declined . Not a good experience .

After getting a simple oil change on yesterday, my vehicle has leaked oil everywhere! I specifically asked if they were experienced with working on Mini Coopers and the young lady told me yes! Well now I have oil all over my garage and I have never had an oil leak ever! WTH! LIARS. LIARS. LIARS! Take you vehicle here at your own risk!!! They denied damaging my vehicle after the unskilled technicians performed a what was to be a simple oil change! Establishments like Thai should not be in business and this won’t be for long!
