I just left Colville Grease Monkey. I called beforehand and asked what services they provided. He explained they do an oil change, check fluids/filters and vacuum the interior. I checked out the paperwork after paid and it stated “vacuum interior - completed”. My car was not vacuumed. I know this because I looked at it before I left my car. $122. I could have taken my car to Walmart and gotten the same service for half the price. What bothers me the most is they lied and stated the car was vacuumed when it clearly was not. I... read more
