First off this happened sept 24th 2024 I am 8 months pregnant! My car battery died in the parking lot and the manager ( a white guy i forgot his name) did two test. One was for the battery and the other is for the alternator. He told me he couldnt check the alternator without a new battery (lie#1) after doing what he had to do to complete the two test he came to the conclusion that i need a alternator because he said no matter how many batteries i get the alternator will not let the battery hold a charge or something like th... read more
Whenever I get any service at Grease Monkey they are quick and thorough. They’re also kind and friendly.
DO NOT GO HERE. I got an oil change and they charged my card 180 when the printed bill they gave me said 117. I’ve called over and over again and left voicemails to correct this and nobody has helped me. 180 for an oil change that I waited over an hour for. Ridiculous.
