Very friendly staff. Jack told me 1-2 hours to replace my starter and he got it done 1.5hrs. He made a list and communicated that there was some other issues my car had and gave me suggestions of where I would need to take my car to asses the issues. He also fixed my parking assist that I’ve been having trouble with for a while now. Overall great experience and I appreciate that he got it done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Always taken care of by Corey and the crew. These guys are awesome! My maintenance light came on, and they got me in and out in 15 minutes. Fair price, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
Grease Monkey was fast, efficient, and professional.
If I could give the manager a one star and the guys working a five star I would! The men working did great and were attentive. But the manager! Geez!! He came out of the office with an aggressive tone and body language towards the guys working. It was uncalled for especially in front of customers! He was condescending and was definitely on a an ego trip! The manner in which he spoke to the employees was very unprofessional both in his tone and body language. You can get more with sugar than you scan with salt!
