Do not come here unless you want your vehicle damaged when you come in for something simple, or worse off then when you arrived. I came here twice for an oil change no issues. Came in a third time to have my headlight bulb changed, ended up getting a $75 service fee to take off the whole front bumper that never got put back on properly. Pieces were not secured underneath after service and it completely shredded the underneath of the plastic under my vehicle, from leaving the shop not knowing it hadn’t been secured. I started patronizing this particular branch over 2 years ago. I solely relied on Grease Monkey for all repairs on my 4Runner, and Tundra. Unfortunately, due to the change in management, and personnel at this branch they do not provide the same level of quality, and customer service. Most recently I took my Tundra in for brake pads servicing. Multiple miscommunication events occurred with the manager, his personnel, and myself, about pricing, and parts.
