While the staff are professional and courteous, they weren’t familiar with their partnership with SilverRock, Carvana’s warranty company, or how to initiate a claim for warranty service, even though this is on the list of SilverRock’s dedicated service providers and this specific location. Wasted a lot of time and ultimately had to go somewhere else.
I want to give a big shout-out to Junior Assistant Manager and Anthony General managerand the entire team at Grease Monkey for providing outstanding customer service. I had several issues with my vehicle, and they went above and beyond to help me with an oil change and address other concerns I had.
