Normally I am very happy with my experience at this location. Today, not so much. My car has a sensor that tells me when I need an oil change. I took it in today and after leaving, it is still telling me that the work needs to be done. Everytime it has been reset by grease monkey before today. They also neglected to put the sticker with the return miles on it. I am going to have to go back tomorrow to get all of this checked. Customer service was mediocre but I don’t really expect that from them.
My husband Don passed two years ago so you can take him off the account . LOVE the kind and professional service received.
Very sweet and helpful:)
Fast service and very nice young man that waited on me.
