Went in for an oil change AJ greeted me very respectfully and even remembered I needed to do both my rear and front differential. I’m always super hesitant when being sold things at oil changes because I feel like I’m always being sold something I don’t need. He showed me my vehicle history and showed me it hasn’t been done for almost 100k miles. Was never super pushy and always polite and professional.
