I normally get my oil change at Grease Monkey on Tara Blvd. On 9/13/2025. I had my oil change there, one of the workers there gave me a ticket for free car wash. I when to have car wash, but the card wasn't activated. The employee at car wash took ticket throw it in trash, I ask for ticket back. When back to location on 6541 Tara Blvd, spoke with the Female manager. Explain my situation, all while she was over taking me. Never had this problem before. Staff are friendly and service is quick
I had a great experience. Everyone is always so pleasant and explains everything to you before they do any work. They check everything on my car that’s supposed to be checked. Making sure my car is road ready. This store is one of my favorites to come to.
I got high quality service ,very very professional .Grease Monkey make sure you are happy and satisfied,while uou wait you enjoy snacks and a clean environment.
