Associate was extremely rude, asked him to check my tire pressure and he says he doesn’t feel like it and he’s on medication’s. Then he threw his arms in the air, checked my tires and slammed the air pump back into its place and went into the office without saying anything horrible experience. If you don’t feel good don’t come to work.
Amazing costumer service fast and they took care of me great job
Don’t go here ever! The new manager is extremely rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. You talking and guiding my car in then tells me I’m going to need you to pay attention! If you hate working in customer service, find another job! You have lost a loyal customer. Please do better with the hiring process moving forward and stop hiring people off the street with no professional background
The guys there took great care of me and my car. They even educated me on a few things which I really appreciated.
Needed a oil change was out in less than 15 minutes ,very helpful and reasonable price . Will be back !
