Worse place I ever been too worse customer service ever they stole my tires and made me purchase new ones and they ruined the motor on my vehicle putting the wrong oil Benny helped me out and wanted me to purchase items I didn’t even need done to my vehicle do not go here anymore and if I were there boss I would put them on check.
Worst car wash ever. Always a new excuse—“we’re closed,” “on break,” or “the machine’s broken.” They take your money but never wash your car. The manager is the rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

After a terrible experience at Wheel Works, I was referred to Grease Monkey. I was told I could come in with no appointment and they'd take care of me. When I got to the shop, I was greeted by Victor. He was very kind, grabbed my keys right away and they got started on my car. When Victor came back in he was so personable and chatted with me while I waited. My car was serviced in less than an hour. After losing my reliable technician for my vehicle’s maintenance, this specific GM was highly recommended. And I’m happy to say that Benny did not disappoint. I even called close to closing hours and he was gracious enough to assure me I would still be accommodated. I have only been in for an oil change, yet I respected their approach to specific suggestions for my vehicle. I truly felt taken care of and will be back. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
