I came in thinking something had fried in my right hand windshield wiper. Ryan overheard the conversation I was having and knew I was in a time crunch, so he asked if he could check it out and I told him to go for it. Not even two minutes later he hands me my keys and tells me that he just had to tighten a bolt. Works amazing and I'm so thankful that Ryan helped me out! Didnt have to pay for anything and saved so much time going to this location. Thanks, Ryan!
I’ve taken my car to get an oil change at this location for the past 2.5 years and have always had a good experience. However, this past time, I also wanted to get my AC recharged which they told me would take 45-60 minutes. Based on the estimated time, I decided I’d just wait while they did it. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I poked my head out to see how much longer to which they told me it wasn’t much longer. After all was said and done, it ended up being 2.5 hours.
