I've never had an issue with them. Been a customer for about a year more or less.
I had a friendly , knowledgeable, and speedy oil change . The guys even vacuumed my floorboards and topped off my wiper fluid . Charles was my main point of contact and coordination. I had a great experience with him , I’d recommend keeping Charles apart of your Grease Monkey team .

Got my oil changed last week which was all fine and good. Until my lower engine cover popped loose while I was on the interstate to pick up my son from daycare. Which by the way, they charge $6 extra for to remove and replace when they change your oils. Wouldn’t be a big deal if they put it back on correctly, so the entire plate wouldn’t come loose and tear off while on the interstate. I’m disgusted and will never return, and happily tell anyone I know about this.
