Went to get my oil changed and there was both bays with cars in them and 3 waiting. It took all 4 employees to work on ONE car. While they kept going in and out vaping. We were sitting over 20 minutes and when I called it was additional services needed to be done. They should be outside vaping and working. When I called to let the manager know I was doing this review it was can we give you a discount and not do it. Nope. Either hire more people or make sure others are taking care of. Fast service, friendly employees.
I have appreciated the convenience of this location. Usually I take my car a Mazda Dealership out of town, but use Grease Monkey once or year. However, on my last trip, the lower engine cover popped off, then my car started leaking oil. And, while it isn’t a big deal, the sticker they placed in my window was +25,000 miles. So, within 1000 miles, I took my car to the local Toyota Dealership, where they confirmed the leak was from carelessness on the last oil change. AND Toyota was cheaper.
I've never had an issue with them. Been a customer for about a year more or less.
