I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. ENTIRE ROTATION, I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT ROTATE THE TIRES PROPERLY WITH IT. BEING FRONT WHEEL DRIVE, HE DID NOT CROSS THE PATTERN FROM THE BACK TO THE FRONT WHEELS. I NOTICED AND ADVISED THEM THAT THE VEHICLE WAS A FRONT WHEEL DRIVE AND HE LOOKED PUZZLED. AND SAID IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER.YES, IT DOES.THERE IS A WEAR PATTERN WHEN YOU ROTATE TIRES.ALSO, HE PUT A 158000 MILES INSTEAD OF A 150000 MILES.THAT ODO WAS READING. If you wanna wait a hour plus for a oil change this is the place for it. They also try to sell you on every little thing. Said my air filter was dirty you could barely see any dust on it at all. Just tons of upcharges they try and sell. Maybe less up sales and more efficency.
