Mario (Manager) and Steve (new team member) were both professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I worked in an automotive service shop for several years when I was younger, so I appreciate technicians and managers who take pride in their work and are willing to accommodate uncommon requests. Great customer service.
Ty did a great job. The service was thorough and fast and really worked to use both coupons that I have brought in so I will go there again.
Friendly folks, but quickly pricing themselves out of business. There was a time when the posted price change included the oil and “shop supplies”. If the price they show you for a synthetic oil change is $109.99, you should not be charged $4 a quart for oil and $4.99 for shop supplies. Disappointing.
Fast service, convenient location, no waiting in line, thorough inspection and a list of things to do at the next visit. Love it.
