Woooow!!! I took my truck up to Grease Monkey because they were standing in the door with no cars in the bay and instantly they call me right into the band about five or six dudes went to work and check everything topped off all my fluids checked my tires and everything! That was an awesome experience and didn't charge me $1!
DISHONEST LYING SCAM ARTISTS- I went in for a simple oil change and had one break light out. I leave there location with BOTH my break lights out and being charged for 4-wheel drive service when I specifically said DO NOT service me for 4-wheel drive prior. On top of that, everyone knows you do not need to come back in for service after a synthetic oil change every 3,000 miles. You are good for 6,000 miles so that little sticker is also garbage and a reminder of their greed in pinching every penny out of you.
This place is friendly, great service and they always let you know what's going on with your vehicle. I'm always in and out within 35 mins. Great work.
The lady at the front desk is amazing & so friendly! I loved all these employees. There great. Will certainly be back here.
