I've gotten my motorhome serviced at this location for several years. Always had great service. Took it back today for oil change and transmission service and was disappointed with experience. Granted it is an older RV, but the first thing I was told was we don't carry the filter so we will have to upcharge you to get one. Then I was informed that they don't carry the oil and would have to switch to a different grade. Randy and Mark are my HEROS !! My elderly mother spends 6 months in Hagerstown, MD during the summer - and 6 months in south Florida with me during the winter. For the record - I always have her car serviced at Grease Monkey before she leaves and as soon as she gets back - but - they just went way above and beyond their job descriptions today !! went for an oil change today and they ask me if i want the same service as last time, I say sure. well they charge me for a high mileage oil change which is not what i had last time and is $20 more. I ask what is the difference in the high mileage oil change and they couldn't even tell me, and didn't even ask if thats what i wanted. BE AWARE I think its just a way to rip people off even more. I am mad and won't go back to grease monkey and have gone there for years!
They do work you don't need Jack up price to make up for coupons can't even vacuum the floors make you wait for them to come up from the Basement for service stood there waiting
payedc them to change atf in transfer case at there reccommendation and THE NEXT DAY WHILE DRIVING MY TRANSFER CASE BLEW APART WILL NEVER TAKE A TOY TRUCK FOR THEM TO SERVICE
The mechanic/service advisor at this shop now; He is the most honest mechanic/service advisor you will ever meet. He is an excellent mechanic. He doesn't believe in ripping you off and selling you things you don't need. He has morals, a big heart and he will get the job done right the first time. He put a new engine in our car and changed brakes and did the oil change, flushes. If you want your car done right and don't want to get ripped off...go to Econo Lube
