They forgot to put the oil cap on my car and let me go! I returned messy car back to them, and while cleaning the mess they broke engine sensor, and did not own up to it. Stay away!
Do not go there. I took my car in for an oil change and took it back the next day because it was leaking oil. They told me all they can do is "top off" my oil for free from now on. They broke my car and then just smiled and said they'd see me soon.
Do not use them. I had to give them one star because they wouldn't let me submit with no stars. I asked them three times if they had checked my power steering fluid and they reassured me they had. I figured I should trust them and found out by checking it myself about a month later that I never should have trusted them, it was bone dry. My vehicle is now damaged from their lying and incompetence of just checking a fluid. I will never go back to Grease Monkey.
