Now I know why Grease Monkey has such a bad reputation. Their “complimentary” vacuum apparently means that they only vacuum the front and not the back. The reminder sticker was completely off. Also, no customer service skills all around. Unfortunate that I have to go back for them to complete/fix their service that I spent $80 on. I will never return after this.
They never do the job. Simple as hell, but are dangerous at best. Make sure your oil light isn't on when you leave. You have to check everything after going to Grease Monkey. You could be worse off when they are done. Will be sending 9news after them. Ridiculous!

Grease Monkey failed to ratchet the plug after changing our oil on our Xterra. It fell out, ran without oil, caused major engine damage and the cost to fix it ranges between $6k-8k, depending on how we went about it. They accepted liability, totalled out our vehicle and offered us $1,200 for it because of its "current condition" (not running) - which is because of grease monkey's mistake. You could do the tire rotations that you are charging people for. I'd start there.
I had my oil changed (so I thought) a couple month ago with full synthetic in Firestone , Colorado. Which is supposed to be good for 5-7k miles. After blowing a solenoid my auto shop told me “it’s low on oil and dirty and doesn’t look like it had an oil change recently, in fact it still had our oil filter on it” so $450 later I have my car back. I won’t EVER take my car to Grease monkey again. Thanks again for stealing my money for nothing!!!
