Great customer service
Derrick and Mike are Awesome! I called and got in right away for my oil change! I also received a discount on the cabin filter! You need to have patience with them. They get slammed on weekends. However I went Saturday morning Nov 8 2025 and their courtesy and care was exemplary! Under new management again. Convenient location right across from Portillo's in Bolingbrook, I'm very impressed with the service!
The team here at Bolingbrook Grease monkey are great. They always get me in and out quick. They’re always looking out for me if I need something replaced so they can get me back on the road. Shout out to the great team and shout out to great management from Derek .
Their service was quick and they were friendly. Very polite and straightforward. My oil change was done in about 15 minutes and I also got a discount coupon on their website. The prices were reasonable.
Always friendly and never pushy on the "extras" when you just need a basic oil change.
