Customers BEWARE -- You are paying for items you did NOT receive I visited a Grease Monkey station (#993/Ellenwood, GA) and had a horrible experience. The Tech were 3-4 very young men, who went back and forth all while working on my vehicle. I decided to remain in my vehicle which gave me clear view of their work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND If you want to get ripped off this is the perfect place to go. I had them diagnose my car for $90 which is fine if you diagnose it correctly then they wanted to charge me $300 for $100 battery. They try to fool me and tell me it's a special battery that they got at O'Reilly's so I went to O'Reilly's and they let me know there was nothing special about my battery just a regular battery. Never take your car here... They are out to rip you off They try to sell you things you do not need. They charge 80 dollars for a synthetic oil change and don't care synthetic oil. They wrong type of fluids go into your car from automatic transmission flush to coolant.

EXCELLENT The mechanic/service advisor at this shop now; He is the most honest mechanic/service advisor you will ever meet. He is an excellent mechanic. He doesn't believe in ripping you off and selling you things you don't need. He has morals, a big heart and he will get the job done right the first time. He put a new engine in our car and changed brakes and did the oil change, flushes. If you want your car done right and don't want to get ripped off...go to Econo Lube

Good service ... But They used synthetic without asking, an expensive presumption. They then recommend the next change be in 3000 miles. Way too soon for mobile one oil.

If you love your car do not bring it to grease monkey in Kalispell Montana!!! I brought my car into grease monkey two weeks ago and they changed my oil and sold me on full synthetic come to find out last night I have a large puddle of oil underneath my car they did not put the oil plug back in Right !!! So I left all of my full synthetic oil on the road somewhere behind me and all of my driveway! When I went back to ask them to make it right they told me they can give me a $10 coupon and that was after some words. Only thing... read more

Great service I have used this Grease Monkey location for years. I always get fast, courteous service with all the information I need and more. I have dropped my car off in the morning, gone to work, and then picked it up in the evening with no problems and I've waited for it when I have the time. Either way, I'm in and out. Their records are accurate so I can find answers to maintenance questions quickly. Great service! Reasonable prices.

This place is a Rip off! Went in for an oil change & with scare tactics and fast talking the bill got out of hand! Called the owner of facility & district office in Colorado and they were not interested in making any adjustments to the invoice!Buyer beware!
