I went in for an oil change a couple days ago and they were very polite and helpful. I drove 2.5 miles home and noticed a horrible sound coming from my car. I went back in the following day only to be treated very rudely by the same person who was kind the day before I told him that my car was making a horrible noise and can someone please look at it and was told others in the lobby were priority as if I was trying to somehow cut them. Extremely Disappointed – Oil Change Caused Major Damage I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from your location. After paying $130 for an oil change, I was informed by Service Street (on Lincoln) that the oil plug was severely over-torqued by your technician, resulting in damage that now requires my entire oil pan to be replaced.
