I found there new assistant manager to be aggressive and pushy and genuinely irritating. Plus they put the wrong oil filter on, tried to sell me a new air filter to replace my clean air filter and wouldn’t let me come look at the rear differential fluid that “is darker than he’s comfortable with “
Did not ask what oil I wanted. I called beforehand to get a quote because I have been going somewhere else for an oil change. When I got there the guy asked what I was needing and if I had been there before. I said I needed an oil change and for them to do the check engine light diagnostic and yes I had been there before but its been awhile. He said he would pull the car in and check on the computer if Im in the system and let me know. Nothing else was said to me until they came in the lobby for me to pay, which was $35 more... read more
