I recently visited Grease Monkey (Store #878 on East Aurora Parkway) for an oil change and had a concerning experience. The technician told me that Ford had filled my transfer case with the wrong fluid and that it was leaking. Since this didn’t sound right—especially since the service at Ford was done just over a month ago—I followed up. Went in today for a couple of services and had a bad experience. Jason who checked me out was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.
