Very fast, friendly and responsive. Actually picked up the phone and answered questions before I came in. The wait was less than promised. The disapointing part is appointments are almost worthless. You're just going to wait in line once you get there.
Got in and out very quick. All employees very polite and professional. Went to leave and became very upset and discouraged. Noticed my skid plate was dragging on the ground under my truck. Crew noticed it at the same time. Pulled my truck back around and finished hooking back up. I have been at this location many times and never had any issues. This makes me wonder if I should return. Something so obvious makes me wonder I know mistakes happen but I am pretty disappointed.
Absolutely the smoothest oil change I've ever had. No haggling, I was in, I was out and the staff was pure respectful ❤️
Great, fast, respectful service. I don’t put many miles annually on my vehicle, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everything is always explained to me in terms I understand and I never feel taken advantage of. 10/10 would recommend.
