Excellent service! Grease Monkey 878 Aurora is fantastic. They gave Rita (my Rogue) a complete check-up. She got her oil changed, some new filters and a rear wiper blade. I used Grease Monkey for an oil change a month ago. I had to bring my car into the dealer for an unrelated issue, and during the course of their inspection, the Suburu dealer identified that Grease Monkey had reused a one time crush washer, which made the engine oil drain plug leak engine oil. To repair this, I was forced to get another oil change so a competent workmen could change out the crush washer. My wife had an oil change at this Grease Monkey. They neglected to replace the one-time-use oil gasket and left the coolant reservoir empty. This resulted in the check engine light coming on and the car had to go to the dealership for repair. We have the video of the inspection where these issues were identified. It was significantly more expensive to fix this issue at the dealership.
They did the work in a timely fashion. I've had times I've visited where they didn't try to upsell me on anything, they looked at everything and said it all looked fine. That gives me more confidence in the other times that when they say maybe some other work is necessary that they're being honest about it.
