I have been there a couple of times and everyone is always so nice. I will continue to bring my vehicles there.
I have been here over an hour and they keep resetting the guarantee clock. Each time, it's a different excuse of why. Difficulty getting the skid plate off, short staff, didn't get it on the lift correctly to do the tire rotation. I bring my car consistently to Grease monkey because of the timely service and all of this could have been avoided if they would've communicated from the beginning.
