I have been a loyal customer for a number of years. However, I will never return. Grease Monkey in Longmont on Main Street is essentially ignoring the pandemic. No masks, no gloves, no protective gear. While the employee was courteous and pre-COVID professional, he was also clear: we don’t wear masks because they interfere with our work. I cannot recommend because there is a COVID pandemic and no one at this Grease Monkey was wearing a mask or gloves when I came to have my oil changed, and when I asked if they would wear them he politely said "No". I told them to forget it and left. No one is putting their hands on my steering wheel or allowed inside my car without gloves and a mask. Putting both customers and employees at risk this way is not acceptable.
These guys are top notch. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable auto care.
At this particular location, they are very informative, honest and friendly..They know what they are doing. Highly Recommend!!! Very satisfied with the service I received.Thank you Grease Monkey!
